Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be:
unused
undamaged
in its original packaging
returned to us.
A refund will be denied if the item has already been used, altered, or damaged.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually produced artworks, personalized orders, or original commissioned works (§ 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB). In the event of the cancellation of a commissioned work, 50% of the agreed price is non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days (excluding custom-made items).
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is demonstrably defective or arrived damaged.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Delivery
Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims must be substantiated with photographic or video evidence.
Upon review, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Damage After Delivery
Damage occurring after successful delivery (e.g., due to dropping, improper handling, or external influences) is entirely excluded from refunds and replacements.
Handcrafted Products
Our products are handmade and unique.
Minor variations in:
Color
Shape
Texture
do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a return or refund.
Goodwill Policy
In individual cases, we may voluntarily offer a resolution—such as a replacement, repair, or discount. This is done without acknowledgment of any legal obligation.
