Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, as well as to orders placed via social media (specifically Instagram) or other channels of communication.
Offer & Products
All products are individually designed works of art.
In the case of handmade items, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Ordering and Contract Submission
Orders placed via the online shop or social media (e.g., Instagram) constitute a binding offer by the customer to conclude a purchase agreement.
A contract is deemed concluded only once full payment has been received by us.
Unless full payment has been received, there is no entitlement to the reservation or delivery of the goods. Products are considered bindingly reserved only after payment has been received.

All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (no VAT).

Liability
We are not liable for damages arising after delivery due to improper use, dropping, external influences, or comparable causes.
Revocation
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
Risk in Transfer
Upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer.
Statutory warranty rights regarding goods delivered in a damaged condition remain unaffected hereby.
